Project Overview

Aroven Tech is a startup technology platform focused on building scalable web products and AI-powered solutions. The original website existed but suffered from weak structure, limited UX clarity, and several UI inconsistencies. The goal of this project was to completely rebuild the frontend experience while preserving the backend logic developed by the backend engineer. In addition to the public website improvements, a dedicated admin dashboard was also designed and built to manage projects, digital products, and user inquiries.

The Problem

  • Weak visual hierarchy made key services difficult to scan
  • Service cards and UI blocks were cluttered and visually inconsistent
  • Call-to-action buttons lacked visibility and hierarchy
  • Inconsistent spacing and layout alignment across pages
  • Navigation only linked to page sections instead of dedicated pages
  • Several sections were incomplete or visually empty
  • Mobile responsiveness and readability issues
  • Frontend and admin controls existed in a single environment which reduced usability
  • Footer, forms, and project cards lacked strong visual structure
